Policy
Image & Content Attribution Policy
We treat monitored feeds as a discovery mechanism, not as a content supply. Articles are independent editorial summaries with visible attribution to the original publisher and a link to the original report where appropriate.
Images
Image selection follows a strict order of preference:
- An original source image, used only where the image is retrievable, its use is permitted by the source's licensing terms or explicitly approved by an editor, and attribution requirements can be met.
- A licensed or editor-approved asset.
- A clearly illustrative AI-generated image, produced from an article-specific prompt.
We do not scrape and republish copyrighted imagery. Where licensing is unclear, we default to a licensed asset or an AI illustration. Every image record stores its kind, licensing status, credit, attribution requirement and whether attribution has been completed.
AI illustrations
AI images are labelled as illustrations and are never used to imply that a specific real-world event was photographed. We avoid sensationalist or misleading imagery, real logos and identifiable individuals.
